Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
